G.T. Walker received a B.S. in Music with Honors in English at Indiana University sometime during the last millennium. He eventually received his doctorate and became a full professor at the University of Colorado Denver. After completing a first novel, The Pit and the Prima Donna, winning the Elizabeth M. Cruthers Prize in Playwriting, and attending the Second Wind Theatre premiere of his science fiction drama, Chambers of the Heart, he became an active freelance writer and columnist for a number of regional and international publications including the Colorado Daily, Symphony magazine, Teen Strings magazine, Chamber Music America magazine, and Strings magazine. Walker’s xy techno theatre toured the U.S. under the auspices of the Sonic Circuits Festival.
