Hey guys, I know I'm a little behind on the times. TV news stations are getting me to understand what the hell Twitter is. I used to think "Grateful Dead" was a heavy metal band and I thought "Slumdog Millionaire" was about a rapper from the hood.
Anywho, a little known fact about me, I don't watch much TV. Mostly because I sincerely hate commercials. However, I really adore Netflix. It's like renting stuff, but I have a better selection, and I don't have to listen to the video store clerk talk about how much better foreign films are compared to Hollywood movies. Plus, the friendly postman makes watching movies so easy, I don't even need to go outside — except for the mailbox of course!
I run through quite a few DVDs a week. I'm pretty methodical about sending and receiving them. But there's one flick that's been on my Queue for a while, and I've been saving it for when I have a special somebody and 194 minutes of free time.
You see, it's a little film called "Titanic." I've never seen it, and I'm sure a handful of you have heard of it. Leonardo DiCaprio and some chick both star in it. I think it's about a boat (at first I guessed it was about a robot).
If you have seen it, please please please don't tell me what happens in the end. I'll be thoroughly pissed off if you spoil the end of this movie for me.
After I'm done with "Titanic," I'm going to queue up "Passion of the Christ." I think this is a romantic comedy about Jesus and how before he was the world's greatest savior, he was the world's greatest lover.
