Well I can stand beside
Ideas that make a buck
And I can stand beside
The idea of selling trucks
And I do believe
There are machines for everyone
This is our Chevy.
There's room enough here
For more trucks on the road
And there's room enough here
For me to build a huge home
And try to make demands
For all the money in this land
This is our Chevy.
From my summer home
To my winter home
Life's a limousine ride
Away,
This is our Chevy.
That Chevrolet will be
Not just another thing
And Chevrolet would be
Seen only as a dream
And the great trucks on this land
Increase the fuel demand
This is our Chevy.
The dream is still alive
Some day it will come true
And these new trucks they do belong
To folks who pay their dues
So let the voice of methane
Sing out through this land
