I've been roaming around the San Francisco/Modesto area of California with some friends the past few days. Today we went to Yosemite National Park. Or should I say, the Official Roadblock of California.
Never have I seen such traffic backed up inside a giant national park. At one point we were stopped in two lanes of one-way traffic for 15 minutes at a time, moving only 5 yards at the intervals. It felt we were re-living the last 2 minutes of a potentially game-winning Superbowl drive over and over. One of those Superbowls where they were only able to fit in half of the commercials during the previous 58 minutes.
Also, we were the host of the mostquitos.
